Bari Jamnik | President & Founder

Bari Jamnik is the President and Founder of Bookkeeping & Back Office Solutions, LLC (BBOS). She obtained her Bachelors of Accountancy degree from The George Washington University, and founded BBOS in 2009. Prior to starting BBOS, Ms. Jamnik was CFO of a mid-sized investment banking firm based in New York City which provided M&A and advisory services to family and owner/entrepreneur-led companies and to multinational corporations throughout the Americas and Europe. In addition, she spent 4 years as an Assistant Controller of a NYC based corporate law firm. Her main focus when starting BBOS was to help a multitude of clients in various industries, from real estate to investment advisory and law firms, manage their finances. Over the years, Ms. Jamnik has worked as an accountant for several small and large private companies including an investment bank, law firm, venture capital firm, and real estate development firm. Ms. Jamnik’s love and passion is to work with the owners of small businesses in order to help them understand and better control their foundation. This will ensure that the businesses experience the growth that they had envisioned.

Keri Gorsky | Accounting Manager

Keri Gorsky began her career in the audit department of a major accounting firm where she worked in the financial services industry and then later as Director of an asset management fund. For over 10 years, Keri has been providing bookkeeping and accounting services for clients in a wide range of industries. She is a Certified Public Accountant, and received her degree from Pennsylvania State University.

Jill Grill | Senior Accountant

Jill Grill has been working for BBOS since 2012 as an Accounting and Human Resources Manager. She provides accounting and bookkeeping service to clients in various industries. She also serves as a human resources consultant to small and midsize businesses. Prior to joining BBOS, Jill worked for five years as the Director of Finance and Human Resources for Waveband Solutions (wholly owned subsidiary of BDO Seidman). She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University.

Kimberly Sarno | Senior Accountant

Kimberly Sarno began her career in the tax arena for various national and local public accounting firms. Kim provides bookkeeping and accounting services for clients in a wide range of industries. Her experience of twenty years has included commercial and personal real estate, individuals, and small businesses. She is a Certified Public Accountant, and received her degree from Rutgers University.

Wendy Squire | Senior Accountant

Roma Mittal | Senior Bookkeeper

Roma Mittal has been a Senior Bookkeeper for BBOS since 2010. She provides comprehensive bookkeeping service to clients in varied industries, reconciling their accounts on a monthly basis, analyzing financial statements and maintaining up-to-date accounting data for the clients. Prior to joining BBOS, Roma worked as a Credit Manager/Bookkeeper at Achievement Products, Inc. for 16 years. She holds a B.A. in International Relations and a Diploma in Accounting from Morris County College.

Miguel Cenicacelaya | Staff Bookkeeper

Miguel Cenicacelayas’ interest as a bookkeeper began while he was working as a front-end manager at his local grocery store while in high school. He as being a manager assisted with daily till audits, reconciliations and other administrative tasks the head bookkeeper assigned. He was a 2016 graduate of Sussex County Vo –Technical High School where he earned his certification in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. He followed his interest with bookkeeping by pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He is a 2019 graduate of Johnson & Wales University – Providence. Mr. Cenicacelaya joined the BBOS team as an intern in the summer of 2019 where he then transitioned to a full-time bookkeeper in the beginning of 2020. He is here to assist clients where and when they need it, and to treat their books as if they were his own; in a very clean diligent organized manner.

Debra Gertler | Accounts Payable Clerk

Debbie Gertler received her BA in Psychology from Brandeis University. After graduating from college, she worked in Video Production for Time Warner and Scholastic Productions, Inc in New York City. In 1998, Debbie decided to pursue a career in teaching and received a Masters of Arts in Teaching and NJ Certification K-8 from Montclair State University. After privately tutoring and part-time work in the overnight camping business, Debbie joined the team in August, 2019 as an Accounts Payable Clerk.
